Alexandra Funk studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specialising in public commercial and infrastructure law.During her legal traineeship at the Munich Higher Regional Court, Alexandra Funk gained practical experience in private and public construction law at a firm specialising in real estate law. She then completed a further placement at an internationally active German commercial law firm in Malaysia, after which she successfully passed her second state examination.
In addition, Alexandra Funk began a master’s degree program in State and Administration in Europe at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer while completing her legal traineeship. She successfully completed the program at the end of 2025, thereby earning the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.).
In July 2025, she joined the Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte team in Berlin, where she primarily advises clients on private construction law.
