Dr. Amneh Abu Saris studied law in Hamburg. After successfully passing her first state examinations, she went on to do her doctorate in private construction law at the University of Hamburg. After receiving her doctorate, she completed her legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg which she successfully brought to a close in May 2014 by passing her second state examinations.Whilst she was still studying for her doctorate, Dr. Amneh Abu Saris gained initial experience in real estate law as a research assistant at a medium-sized law firm. During the time spent as a legal trainee, she was able to expand her know-how at a large law firm. Since July 2014, Dr. Amneh Abu Saris has been working for Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte at our Hamburg office - initially as a research assistant and then in the role of lawyer as of November 2014.
Her main focus is on providing advice to our clients on construction projects and representing these clients both in and out of court in private construction and architecture law matters, designing and negotiating construction contracts and rental agreements, as well as supporting projects involving real estate law transactions.
Dr. Amneh Abu Saris is specialized in construction and architecture law, a partner of our law firm and a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association in Hamburg.
