Mrs. Pauly studied law at the 'Freie Universität' in Berlin with a specialisation in international private law and mediation. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Berlin court of appeal with positions in the administration of the German parliament, an international company group and a large American law firm.Early on Mrs. Pauly was involved with claim management for an international company group in the area of plant construction in China and was able to gain first-hand experience of real estate law in a large international law firm. From 2014 to the end of 2018, Mrs. Pauly worked as a legal advisor to dena (German Energy Agency) where she was responsible for legal advice and project support in the course of the turnaround in German energy policy.
Mrs. Pauly joined the Berlin office of the Leinemann Partner law firm in 2019. Her focus is on support for construction projects and the representation of clients with German and international construction projects and real estate transactions.
Mrs. Pauly is a member of the Berlin bar association.
