Franziska Wulf studied law at the University of Greifswald.After passing her first state exam, she initially worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, Financial Law, Environmental and Energy Law and at the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM).
Franziska Wulf completed her legal clerkship in the Hanseatic city of Rostock.
After passing her second state exam, she worked as a lawyer in a law firm in Hamburg specializing in public procurement law.
Franziska Wulf joined the Hamburg office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in January 2026. Her work and consulting activities focus primarily on public procurement law.
Franziska Wulf is a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association.
