Gabriela Böhm graduated in Law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.Even back when she was doing her legal traineeship, Gabriela Böhm was already focused on private construction law, completing her legal and elective internships in the construction law practice group of a cross–regional law firm.
Gabriela Böhm was admitted to the bar in November 2011, going on to work for law firms in Frankfurt and Wiesbaden specialized exclusively in real estate law, construction and architecture law and public procurement law.
Gabriela Böhm is a specialist for construction and architecture law, as well as for tenancy and residential property law. With a focus on construction and architecture, public procurement and real estate law, she provides advisory services on all legal matters connected with real estate transactions (ranging from property purchase agreements to the conclusion and implementation of commercial leases and questions concerning (residential) property rights).
Since mid-2016, Gabriela Böhm has been supporting the Frankfurt office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte. She advises our clients on all private construction and architecture law matters, as well as on questions of real estate law.
Gabriela Böhm is able to negotiate fluently in the Romanian language and is a member of the Bar Association of Frankfurt am Main.
