Julius Prior studied law at the University of Hamburg, specialising in commercial and company law.Julius Prior completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle. During this time, he gained practical experience in the Civil Division of the Stade Regional Court, which heard cases relating to disputes arising from construction and architectural contracts, as well as engineering contracts relating to construction works. Through further positions at two renowned commercial law firms, he broadened and deepened his knowledge of private construction and property law.
After successfully passing the Second State Examination in June 2025, Julius Prior initially worked as a research assistant at Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte.
He joined the team as a lawyer in June 2026. His practice and advisory work focus on private construction and architectural law, as well as property law.
Julius Prior is a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association.
