Kevin Schmidt

VITA

Kevin Schmidt studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, during which he worked at the Public Procurement Chamber of the State of Berlin.

After completing his legal clerkship, Kevin Schmidt began his professional career as an attorney in a medium-sized law firm with a focus on public procurement law.

Since November 2025, Kevin Schmidt has been working as an attorney in the Berlin office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte, where he advises clients primarily on matters of public procurement law.

He is a member of the Berlin Bar Association, the Berlin Bar Association for Lawyers and the German Bar Association.
