VITA
Kristin Beckmann studied law at the University of Cologne. Following her studies, she conducted her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, and passed the second state examination in 2018. During her legal clerkship, she already gained first practical experience as a research assistant in a medium-sized law firm based in Cologne, focusing on construction and real estate law.She joined the Cologne office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in 2019, specialising in private construction and architectural law, including legal advice during construction and representation before court.
Furthermore she focuses on public procurement law and provides advice, preparation and implementation of public procurements as well as legal representation at procurement review bodies. She regularly publishes articles on public procurement law.
Kristin Beckmann is a member of the German Bar Association and the Cologne Bar Association.
