Malte Offermann studied law at the Rhenish Friedrich Wilhelm university of Bonn, Cologne university and the Université de Lausanne. After his studies, he took up his legal clerkship in the judicial district of Cologne.During his legal clerkship, he was already involved with building regulation issues at the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs. At the Cologne office of the Leinemann Partner law firm, Malte Offermann has provided support for a number of pan‑European German construction contract procedures and processed legal warranty claims in the area of private construction law. He regularly publishes articles on procurement law in professional publications.
Malte Offermann joined the Cologne team of the Leinemann Partner law firm in 2015 and offers our clients legal advice in the areas of procurement law and private construction law. In addition, he has special expertise in the area of national and European state aid law and assists with the conception and practical implementation of state incentive procedures.
Malte Offermann is a member of the Cologne bar association.
