Max Frederik Becker studied law at Saarland University and passed his first state examination in Saarbrücken.He subsequently worked as a research assistant for a commercial law firm in Berlin specialising in energy and infrastructure law and has already published in the field of infrastructure law in this capacity.
He completed his legal traineeship at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court, which included a placement at the German Bundestag, and successfully completed it in 2026 by passing the second state examination.
Mr Becker has been admitted to the bar since summer 2026 and is a member of the Berlin Bar Association. He joined Leinemann Partner at its Berlin office in July 2026.
He advises clients primarily on public procurement law.
