Maximilian Lechleitner studied law at the University of Passau and subsequently completed his legal training at the Bamberg Higher Regional Court.Sine 2023 Maximilian Lechleitner has been practising as a lawyer at Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in Hamburg.
His practice focuses on advising bidders on public procurement law, particularly in the field of construction procurement. He provides comprehensive advice to companies throughout all stages of the procurement process – from the preparation of tenders and strategic support during ongoing procedures to representation before procurement tribunals and procurement senates.
Another key area of his practice is advising contractors on private construction law. In this regard, he assists both medium-sized and internationally active construction companies with the drafting of contracts and throughout the entire project implementation process. Furthermore, he represents clients in the out-of-court and in-court enforcement and defence of claims under construction law.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Maximilian Lechleitner acts as a trainer for in-house training courses on public procurement law and regularly publishes articles in the relevant specialist literature.
Maximilian Lechleitner is a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association.
