Mert Dogangüzel

Mert Dogangüzel studied law at the Free University of Berlin, specializing in corporate law and competition/antitrust law. After passing his first state examination, he worked as a legal engineer at a legal tech law firm operating throughout Germany.During his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Mert Dogangüzel gained practical experience in the areas of private and public law, including at a Berlin law firm with a notary's office and a consulting firm specializing in data protection law.
After successfully passing his second state examination, Mert Dogangüzel began working as an assessor at Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte, where he focused on public procurement law.
Since October 2025, he has been working as a lawyer for Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin, advising clients primarily on public procurement law. Mert Dogangüzel also publishes articles in the trade journal “VergabeNavigator” and in the information service “VergabeNews” published by Bundesanzeiger Verlag.
