Sebastian Jakobi studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. He was admitted to the bar in 2017 and has been a certified specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law since 2020. From 2021 to 2023, Sebastian Jakobi completed a Master's degree program in "Construction Law and Construction Supervision" at Philipps Universität Marburg, graduating with a Master of Laws (LL.M.). He has been working at the Berlin office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte since March 2023.Sebastian Jakobi focuses on advising and representing project developers, clients and companies in the construction industry as well as architectural and engineering firms in all aspects of contract drafting and construction supervision. Moreover, his legal practice also focuses on court representation and litigation in connection with the assertion and defence of claims arising from construction and real estate law disputes. Sebastian Jakobi advises clients confidently in German and English.
In addition to his membership of the Berlin Bar Association, Sebastian Jakobi is a member of the DAV and the ARGE-Baurecht in the DAV.
