VITAAfter studying in Augsburg and Bonn, Stefan Jochen Hanke completed his legal training in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich. He was awarded the title “Master of Laws” (LL.M.) by the University of Münster after completing the master’s degree course in “Real Estate Law”.
Stefan Jochen Hanke embarked upon his legal career at a law firm focused on civil law located in the Lower Rhine region in 2006. Early 2008, he moved on to join the Berlin team at Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte. On the occasion of the opening of our office in Cologne, he left the shores of the Spree river to move to the Rhine.
Stefan Jochen Hanke supports our clients by advising them on all the planning questions and construction law issues that arise in connection with their projects. In addition, he conducts numerous proceedings before the ordinary courts of law, the arbitration courts and throughout all instances of the procurement review process. He is also strongly involved in real estate law matters.
Stefan Jochen Hanke is the author of the “Formularbuch Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht” [book of forms for construction and architecture law specialists] as well as the “HOAI-Praktikerkommentar” [commentary on the fee structure for architects and engineers for practitioners]. He regularly publishes essays on construction, architecture and procurement law topics, works on Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte publications and organizes seminars and in-house training sessions.
Stefan Jochen Hanke is a specialist for construction and architecture law and is a member of the Working Group for Construction and Real Estate Law, the German Bar Association and the Bar Association in Cologne.
