Widar Ebner studied law with a focus on corporate law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He completed his subsequent legal traineeship in Munich and Santa Barbara, California.Since 2022, Widar Ebner has been a licensed attorney and strengthens the team at Leinemann Partner Law Firm’s Hamburg office.
His work primarily focuses on private construction law. Widar Ebner provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of contract drafting and supports clients throughout the entire project implementation process. He also handles the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of claims arising from construction law disputes.
In addition, he regularly acts as a speaker for in-house training courses on construction contract law.
Widar Ebner is a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association.
