Dr. Wiebke Mund studied Law at the Christian Albrecht University of Kiel. After successfully passing her first state examinations in 2005, she stayed on to do her doctorate on the history of private law. After finishing her doctorate, she embarked upon a legal internship in Lower Saxony which she brought to a successful close in 2010 when she passed her second state examinations.Prior to commencing her internship, Dr. Wiebke Mund was already involved in construction and architecture law matters through supporting the construction and procurement law practice group of a medium-sized, cross-regional law firm in the role of legal assistant. In 2010, Dr. Wiebke Mund began working as a lawyer at a law firm specialized in real estate law located in Hanover. In 2011, she moved on to work as the legal counsel of a major German health insurance company where she provided advice to the management team responsible for real estate transactions - with a focus on private construction and procurement law.
Since 2013, Dr. Wiebke Mund has been engaged as a lawyer at Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte where her work has mainly concentrated on providing consulting services to her clients in the private construction law sector and in representing the interests of these clients both in and out of court.
Dr. Wiebke Mund is a member of the Verein Kieler Doctores Iuris e.V. She is also a member of the Bar Association in Berlin, a legal specialist for construction and architecture law, as well as a lecturer on construction contract law at the University of Applied Sciences in Bochum.
