After completing his training as a bank clerk, Yannic Linnemann studied law in Münster. He then worked as a research assistant in a large commercial law firm in the Ruhr area. During his legal clerkship, Yannic Linnemann gained experience in a chamber for construction matters at the regional court, in a medium-sized law firm in Münster specialising in construction law and in an international commercial law firm in Berlin.
Since his admission to the bar in August 2022, Yannic Linnemann has been part of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin. He has been certified as a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law since November 2025.
His practice focuses on private construction and architectural law, the drafting of construction and planning contracts, project-related legal advice, and the handling of construction litigation. The projects he advises on include major public construction schemes such as hospitals as well as newly developed residential quarters and inner-city densification projects.
Yannic Linnemann publishes in specialist journals and regularly gives presentations, for example at the VOB Day of the Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt für Gartenbau und Arboristik e. V. in Großbeeren and at internal training seminars.
He is a member of the German Society for Construction Law and the Berlin Bar Association.
